IT Guys Remote Agent Centres (RAC)

The remote agent program is designed for smaller communities that are a distance from an IT Guys Store or Service Centre. IT Guys certifies a local business in your community to act as a relay between you, our valued client, and our service centres for your computer system that requires service.

We are always developing new RAC locations. Our goal is to have a RAC in every community that can benefit from a local pick-up and drop-off service. See our list to find your local RAC.
